REFUND POLICY

Our products are crafted to order to ensure maximum freshness and efficacy. We strive to make your shopping experience delightful and transparent. Below is our refund policy, designed to maintain hygiene standards and build trust.

No Returns for Used or Unsealed Products

Due to the nature of our personal care products, which are freshly made to order, we do not accept returns for hygiene and quality reasons once a product has been unsealed or used. This policy ensures the integrity of our products and protects the health of our customers.

Replacements or Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Please follow these steps:

 

Notify Us Within 24 Hours: Contact us at taravaliskincare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing a detailed description of the issue along with photos and a video of the product and packaging (preferably taken while opening the package). This helps us assess the issue promptly.

Reverse Pickup: If necessary, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you. Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect.

Processing Time: Upon verification, we will process a replacement or refund within three working days. For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

We are unable to offer returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

 

Allergies or Skin Reactions: Due to individual skin sensitivities, we cannot accept returns for allergies, skin reactions, or dislikes of fragrance or color. Slight variations in color or smell may occur due to seasonal harvests of natural raw materials.

Negligence or Incorrect Use: Damages caused by negligence, improper application, or failure to follow usage instructions are not covered.

 

Dislike of Product: Returns are not accepted for personal preferences, such as disliking the texture, scent, or appearance of a product.

 

Used Products: Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Patch Test Requirement

To ensure safety, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any Taravali product. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours to check for reactions. If you experience any irritation or adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us at taravaliskincare@gmail.com for guidance. We are not liable for reactions resulting from failure to perform a patch test.
